Support families in need at Trick-or-Treat Street
This Friday, Trick-or-Treat Street will feature a special table with a meaningful mission. With SNAP benefits delayed due to the recent government shutdown, many families in our community are struggling more than usual. We're collecting shelf-stable foods to help our neighbors through this difficult time.
What We Need:
We're looking for shelf-stable, family-friendly items that can make an immediate difference. Suggestions include mac and cheese, rice, tortillas, dry beans, granola bars, protein bars, ramen cups, canned goods, pudding packs, mini muffins, baby food, infant formula — but any non-perishable food items are welcome.
How to Donate:
Drop off donations Friday, Oct. 31, between 10 a.m. and noon in the designated donation bins located at the Student Center south entrance near Parking Lot 3 by the elevators. Items will be organized and made available for families to pick up during the event.
