New Regis Events Calendar
Auxiliary Services and Strategic Marketing and Communications are proud to announce the new Regis University Events Calendar and a streamlined process for posting your events. The new calendar combines the public-facing calendar at regis.edu/events and the internal-facing OneRegis Calendar to create a centralized resource for everything happening at Regis!
Campus event planners: Beginning today, you no longer need to submit a request to MarCom to have your campus event posted on the web! All you need to do is ensure that your event is created in 25Live with the POST TO PUBLIC EVENTS CALENDARfield toggled to Yes. If that is done, then once the Event Services team marks your event Confirmed and assigns it a location, it will be posted on the Regis University Events Calendar on regis.edu automatically within 24-48 hours!
We hope this new process makes planning and promoting your campus events easier and results in more successful, well-attended events for the Regis community!
