Fire Drills in October

The 2026 annual Regis fire drills will take place throughout the month of October. Drills will be held in every building on campus and will be repeated (per building) until successful. Aside from this courtesy notification, these drills will be unannounced.

Please note, the three (combined) elements of a successful drill are:

1. Complete evacuation of the building (no one left inside)
2. Timely evacuation of the building (less than five minutes from first evacuee to last)
3. Orderly conduct during and after evacuation (evacuees gather at least 50 feet from the building, preferably at the designated muster points, and do not re-enter the building until Regis Campus Safety or Denver Fire Department inform them it is safe to do so)

Help to keep yourself and others safe by cooperating promptly during drills and in emergency situations.
