Regis student working hard to earn a degree

Registrar

The Registrar is responsible for many areas of college life, including student records and grades, official transcripts, enrollment and degree verification, veterans' benefits, commencement and international student requirements.

Grade Reports and Transcripts

Grades are posted within your Ranger Portal account. You can print an unofficial grade report within the Ranger Portal. If an official grade is requested, the Regis University transcript is a comprehensive record of a student’s academic progress and the University’s certified statement of the student’s academic record, including coursework, grades and degrees earned. Transcripts can be requested through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Grade information is generally not provided over the telephone. Federal regulations (FERPA) require your written authorization before grades may be released to a third party. View a copy of the Student Request for Release of Educational Records in PDF format. This form is also available in the registrar's office. Students should refer to the appropriate college/school section of the University Catalog for policies and procedures governing grade appeals.

Transcript Request Form

If you are unable to order transcripts online, you can also request a transcript using the Transcript Request Form. You must print and sign the form before you mail or submit the form in person. The form must be submitted along with a check or money order made out to Regis University ($14.00 per transcript). Due to federal student privacy requirements, requests by phone or email cannot be accepted. If someone else is picking up your transcript, you must provide a written release with your signature along with the transcript request form.
