Planning Your Event

Step 1: Picking a Date and Scheduling a Space

To schedule a conference room or classroom, please contact Event Services by email or at 303.964.5066. When requesting an event, please include the following:

  • Date and time of the event (not including set-up or take-down time)
  • Name of the event and preferred location
  • Number of expected attendees
  • Whether food and drinks will be catered or otherwise provided. A minimum of 2 hours set-up and clean-up time must be scheduled for catered meetings and events.
  • If you will be regularly scheduling events or meetings, please ask Event Services for information on 25Live training. 25Live is the quickest and most efficient way to check room availability and to reserve rooms.

Step 2: Figuring Out the Details

  • Do you need Display Board (A-Frames) or Event Parking Signs? Please email events@regis.edu.
  • Do you need Audio/Visual Equipment? If the A/V equipment you require is not already included in the room, contact ITS at x4050.
  • Do you need a special room set-up? (Examples may include extra tables for catering, a check-in table, extra chairs, etc.) Contact Event Services to coordinate needs at least two weeks in advance.

Step 3: Presenting at the Regis Events Meeting (REM) (Internal events only)

REM is a virtual meeting. Please email events@regis.edu or call 303.964.5066 to be placed on the agenda.

Event and Lodging Facilities

We offer event attendees the opportunity to stay on the Regis campus, without spending their entire budget on overnight accommodations. Our residential spaces provide a comfortable, safe, low-cost option for individuals and groups desiring convenient access to their conference facilities. Contact events@regis.edu to discuss the needs of your group.
