Update on COVID-19 Test Result Notifications

At the advice of the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment, Regis University will notify employees and students known to have been exposed to a Regis University community member who has received a positive COVID-19 test result or a person who has been deemed presumed positive by their health care provider. The notification will be provided if Regis knows of an exposure within 14 days of the diagnosis. Regis will no longer be notifying community members when a community member is ill or has been administered a COVID-19 test before a positive or presumed positive result is reported. All community members who feel ill are advised to follow their health care provider’s directions, self-monitor, stay home, take sick leave and self-isolate.
