Make sure you're not missing emails in your Regis inbox
This is a reminder to make sure you’re not missing emails that may be hiding in your Regis email inbox. Please make note of the following two places where emails could be hiding:
1) Barracuda Networks, a service that filters some messages from external emails. Some of those filtered emails may be unwelcome messages such as spam, but others may be from trusted senders. Be sure to check emails from Barracuda Networks, and select to “deliver” or “whitelist” emails from trusted senders.
2) In Outlook, the inbox system sorts our emails into two folders: “Focused” and “Other.” If this feature is on, you’ll see “Focused” and “Other” on the toolbar at the top of your inbox. If you’re not checking the “Other” folder, you may be missing emails. If you’d like to change your email specifications so that both folders filter into one, here’s how to do that:

In your Outlook settings (under the “gear” menu at top right), slide the button left into the OFF position for “Focused Inbox” and new emails will appear in your inbox without filtering.
