Notes to keep in mind:

• These images will appear best if you have a plain background behind you (such as a single-color wall without objects in front of it).

• If your video is mirrored, the image and Regis logo will appear as if they are backward. They will still appear correctly to others. To check whether your video is mirrored, go to your Video Settings by clicking the caret next to the video icon on Zoom.

• If you are not seeing the full image and/or the Regis logo, make sure to expand your Zoom window to full screen.

Instructions for setting your background:

• Download and save your favorite background(s).

• From an active Zoom meeting, click or tap the caret next to the video icon and select “Choose a Virtual Background.”

• Go to the Virtual Background tab and click "Add Image” (the plus sign) to upload the image.

• Select the photo from the options (check the preview to see if you like it) and close the window.
