How to Update Phone Numbers in the Staff Directory on Regis.edu

Affiliate faculty members and staff whose phone number is displaying incorrectly on our website’s new staff directory may correct their information by following the steps below:

  1. Visit ruworks.regis.edu and log in.

  2. In the applications list, select “Personal Information.”

  3.  Choose “Contact Information” in the “Change” column (first/left column).

  4.  At the top of the page, below the blue bar, click the button that says “Edit” and select “Change Contact Information.”

  5. Scroll down to “Work Contact Information” and click the pencil icon at right of the phone number.

  6.  Enter your correct phone number (with area code).

  7. Click the gold “Submit” when finished.

  8. Updates should be reflected on the website directory within 1-3 business days.

If the update doesn't reflect on the website directory after three business days, please submit a web edit request form and the web team will work to resolve this issue.

This process won’t work to add office locations or change any other directory details. To submit an office location correction or to request an exclusion from the directory, please email hrinfo@regis.edu.
