Legal Affairs conducting contract training

Beginning Nov. 1, all contracts must be submitted through our Contract Submission form. The Contract Submission Form will replace contracts@regis.edu and/or legal@regis.edu. Also on Nov. 1, Legal Affairs will also be implementing a Contract Rider for all Non-Regis Drafted Contracts that are $10,000 or less annually.

We are requiring all Regis employees who submit contracts for legal review to complete contract training with our office. All budget managers have been automatically added. If you have any additional employees in your office that you would like added to this list, please forward this email to them and have them register for a training session using the links below. Training will occur in two parts: (1) an overview video from our insurance provider, UE, that can be completed online at your leisure, and (2) a live Regis-specific training covering the submission process, rider, and vendor relationship management. The Regis-specific training is an hour-long live teams session, and will include time for questions and answers.

After Nov. 1, employees must have completed contract training before we will review their new contract submissions. We are happy to add additional sessions beyond the dates/times outlined below at your request.
