The Office of Postsecondary Education, Department of Education's released regulations that went into effect on July 1, 2021. The good news is with the establishment of RUAC's Online Faculty Engagement Expectations and the Regis Characteristics of High-Quality Online Courses we are well positioned to meet those regulations that are related to our work. The one area we need to address the monitoring and students' academic engagement and promptly addressing needs. Academic Affairs is exploring multiple strategies for meeting this regulation.
