UPDATE: HVAC Replacement in Claver Hall

UPDATE: Upper Lot 4 near Claver Hall will be closed due to crane positioning on Monday, October 11 from 5 a.m. until 4 p.m. Orange cones will indicate the closure by forming a barricade line just outside the automatic gates. 

The Physical Plant will be replacing six rooftop HVAC units in Claver Hall on October 11, 2021.

To accomplish the replacement of the HVAC units, air conditioning will be eliminated in Peter Claver Hall 305, 403 A-Y, 423 K, G, M, 216, 217, 218 and 219 on the afternoon of Sunday, October 10. Air conditioning should be fully restored on Wednesday, October 13 by 7 a.m.

Additionally, a crane lift will occur on Monday October 11, 2021. For safety reasons, the crane operation requires that the entire building, Peter Claver Hall, be evacuated from 4 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Monday, October 11, only.

For those working in the aforementioned spaces, please work with your supervisor to plan accordingly.
