Open Enrollment – Important Reminders

Dear Faculty and Staff,

• Regis University’s 2022/2023 plan year Benefits Open Enrollment period begins Monday, April 4, 2022, and ends Monday, April 11, 2022.
• Open Enrollment is the annual period in which benefit eligible employees can make additions, changes or deletions to their benefit elections.  
• All changes made during open enrollment are effective May 1, 2022, which is the beginning of the new benefits plan year.
• Be sure to attend one of the Open Enrollment sessions below which will provide you with the best information to help you make the best benefits decisions for you and your family.

• These include:
  • Healthcare Flexible Spending
  • Healthcare Limited Purpose Flexible Spending
  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending
• If you want to continue or start an FSA account for the new plan year or enroll for the first time, you must actively enroll during the open enrollment period. 

• This is the annual period when enrolled employees may opt-out of the Pre-Tax Parking Deduction Plan. Click here to see the Pre-Tax Parking Open Election communication for instructions and details.
• Find information here regarding the 2022/2023 approved plan year changes.
