Academic Affairs is offering several opportunities for faculty engagement, from the annual Exemplary Teaching Award to developing a framework that promotes faculty development. Learn more about these upcoming priorities:

Faculty Thriving Framework: A Systems Approach to Investing in Faculty Through Development Framework – Join Academic Affairs as we co-construct a comprehensive faculty development framework that promotes faculty advancement in the career path they choose. This is an inclusive model that incorporates the successful activities being implemented across the university with new strategies to meet the needs voiced by faculty.

Investment in department chairs will be the first program addressed in the Faculty Thriving Framework program.
