Abby Gosselin's recent book, Mental Patient: Psychiatric Ethics from a Patient's Perspective, just came out in print with MIT Press. In this book, she talks about her experience with psychosis and treatment, explaining how psychosis undermined her agency and autonomy and how developing a positive therapeutic relationship with her mental health providers helped repair these.
