Option to select electronic 1095-C available
As you may remember, every year, the Department of Human Resources is required to provide you with the Form 1095-C, Employer Provided-Health Insurance Offer and Coverage. Please be aware that there is still time to activate your 1095-C Printing Election option within your Workday account for the 2022 tax year. This will eliminate the need for it to be mailed to you. Please find instructions for electing to receive your 1095-C electronically. If you do not elect to receive your 1095-C through Workday by Friday, Feb. 17, your form will be mailed to your home address by March 2, 2023.
