Security Awareness Training due Friday, Aug. 25
We would like to provide you with an update regarding the recent technical issues that were affecting the Security Awareness Training provided by Barracuda. We were made aware of these issues, including the "Security Violation: The selected link is not available" error message and the training reminder emails being sent incorrectly which impacted a small number of users.
We are pleased to inform you that our Regis ITS Team has been working diligently alongside the vendor, and we have successfully resolved all of the identified technical issues. As a result, all users can now complete their security awareness training without encountering any errors or disruptions.
We understand the importance of these training modules in promoting a secure digital environment, and we apologize for any inconvenience that may have arisen due to the technical challenges. We are grateful for your patience and understanding throughout this process.
You are kindly requested to complete the training by this Friday, 8/25/23, to help us maintain a high level of security awareness across our organization.
We greatly appreciate your commitment to security awareness and your contribution to creating a secure digital landscape. If you encounter any unexpected issues or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our Help Center at (303) 458-4050.
Thank you once again for your cooperation and understanding. Your dedication to safeguarding our digital environment is truly commendable.
Best regards,
