Planned HVAC Shut Down in Clarke Hall

UPDATE: The HVAC system will be shut down again on the north side of Clarke Hall on Wednesday, July 12 and Thursday, July 13, from 6 – 10 a.m. Please plan for warmer temperatures than normal tomorrow and Thursday morning.

We in the Physical Plant apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience!

The Physical Plant is upgrading the HVAC system in the basement of Clarke Hall. To complete this project, the north half of the building's HVAC system needs to be taken offline.

On Monday, July 10, 2023, there will be no air conditioning in the north side of Clarke Hall from 6 a.m. until noon. Areas affected will be 118 Admissions, Disability Services, Career Services and Anderson College (3rd and 4th floor north side).

Depending on the outcome of the work on Monday, the air conditioning could be shut down on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. in the same areas.
