Update about Scaffolding for the Main Hall Mansard Roof Replacement Project

The contractor is changing the way we will install scaffolding to support the Mansard Roof Project. We are no longer penetrating the windows to secure the system. Instead, scaffolding will be done without interfering operations to the facility. The contractor will require the west entrance to be closed at the beginning of the scaffolding set-up to ensure they can create a safe entry tunnel to the facility. Please use the south entrance to get to the second floor along with the north stairwell entrance to get to the first floor until the tunnel is complete.
