Use your senses as a creative outlet to practice mindfulness and manage stress.

Join Student Wellbeing monthly on Thursdays in the Coors Life Directions Center 125 from 3:30–4:30 pm.

Monthly Topics:

February 16: Explore the sense of touch by practicing a body scan, loving kindness meditation, and creating a finger maze out of model magic clay.

March 16: Explore the senses of smell and taste through mindful eating and a tea ritual.

April 13: Explore your senses of sound and vision through mindful walking, forest yoga and sketching or writing outdoors.
