Maintaining holistic well-being is always important. But in times of stress and when your normal routine won’t work, it can be challenging to make sure you take care of you.

You are not alone. Regis has services to help.

STUDENT HEALTH SERVICES

Student Health Services is open and available to students for regular services M-F 8:30 AM – 5 PM. To make an appointment, please call our office for an appointment (303) 458-3558 or book online at shs.regis.edu. If you need to leave a voicemail, we will be checking our voicemail several times a day.

If you are mildly ill, please stay home and rest and call if you have any worsening symptoms or concerns. For questions related to COVID-19, please visit www.covid19.colorado.gov or call Colorado's general call line for COVID (303) 389-1687.

OFFICE OF COUNSELING AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

OCPD is available to students who are needing support around a broad range of mental health concerns and coping with distress around COVID-19.

After-Hours Crisis: Our phone line is answered 24/7/365 outside of business hours by licensed mental health professionals.

For faculty and staff, the Offices of University Mission and University Ministry invite you to join in a daily "Companions in Conversation" gathering for prayer, reflection and shared conversation. This contemplative program is offered remotely 12:00 – 12:25 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. Join via Zoom Meeting ID  319-385-547.

W&R is available to gather, create, and provide engaging and safe virtual well-being content, as well as provide virtual fitness and wellness opportunities at this time.

VICTIM ADVOCACY & VIOLENCE PREVENTION (VAVP)

VAVP is available for sexual assault, relationship violence, and stalking advocacy services, meetings, and education during normal business hours.
