Daily Wellness screening required via CampusClear app on mobile device or desktop

Hello Colleagues:

Through the collaborative work of Human Resources, ITS and Student Affairs, we are pleased to announce that we will be implementing the #CampusClear application for our daily wellness screening requirement.

CDC as well as Colorado state and city guidelines require employees to complete the daily wellness screening. Recent health sciences research has also demonstrated that daily self-screening can have a meaningful impact on reducing the spread of COVID-19. The #CampusClear app is only one part of our multifaceted strategy to create a safe learning environment for our students, faculty, staff and visitors.

Simple Self Screening Is Key

The self-screening app is easy, intuitive and actionable. It takes less than 10 seconds to self-screen and end-user privacy is protected via encryption and 2FA (only accessible for administrators).

For students and employees, the mobile app will only collect: email (one time), time of submitting email, validation success/failure, initial login time, daily response(s) to survey.

While we must collect the email (to enable our ability to contact trace) this email is encrypted from view from all administrators (including the Ivy.ai staff). To decrypt the hashed email, school administrators must use 2 factor authentication via SMS. Ivy.ai will send the administrator a text message to their mobile phone number. Ivy.ai will also keep an audit log of any time two-factor authentication is used to decrypt a message to ensure that it is only used when necessary. There is no GPS or Bluetooth tracking involved.

Please note: The mobile app will replace the requirement of the daily wellness screening form and is available through both the Apple and Android platforms.

It also can be used by accessing the Web app at https://web.ivy.ai/app/campusclear

Starting Monday, Aug. 10, completion of the daily wellness screening is required for all employees, students and visitors, vendors or contractors.

To assist students and employees in complying, a reminder notification will be sent each day. It is critical that we all adhere to this requirement to further protect the health of our Regis community.

Please forward this information your visitors, vendors or contractors.  They will select “Regis University” and be asked to fill out basic contact information. This information is needed in the event we need to contact them to perform contact tracing.
