Introducing the Regis University Expert Gallery Suite

The Dayton Memorial Library (DML) and the Center for Scholarship and Research Engagement (CSRE) have partnered together to bring you a new tool to collect, store, and promote your research and/or creative works online. We are excited to announce that we have secured a license to BePress Expert Gallery Suite (EGS), a new web experience that integrates with and builds upon our existing Digital Commons service. EGS provides quick indexing and makes your work searchable and easier for other scholars to find. It also has the benefit of being easy to manage by you, or if you do not have the time, by our team.

CSRE and DML have been working with Marcom for the rollout over the past summer. We have the capability to harvest works of the faculty that are recorded in the Microsoft Academic Grant. Throughout the summer we have harvested as many works as we can, uploaded photos that were provided to Marcom, and provided you with an organizational and disciplinary affiliation. Due to some technical issues, some faculty profiles have not yet been built, and Chris Roberts will be reaching out to you with updates once we figure out how to move forward. Chris will also collect any CVs that have been uploaded to Faculty Finder and move them over to EGS in the next few weeks.

The new tool can be found at works.bepress.com

Faculty should all have profiles registered to their regis.edu email accounts. To access your account enter your email in the Email field and then click the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions. You do not currently have a password. When you click the link it will register the account to you for the first time.

Chris Roberts will be available to answer questions and help you troubleshoot any problems you have with the platform. Feel free to email him with any questions at croberts008@regis.edu.
