Instructional Design and Technology Updates

Exemplar Online Course Designer

Announcing the new "Exemplar Online Course Designer" program designed to recognize those who have designed an online course that exemplifies the Regis Characteristics of High-Quality Online Courses. We would like to recognize you for your dedication to providing Regis students with the best learning experiences possible. If you have a course that you believe meets these characteristics, we encourage you to submit it for review by clicking here.

Your course will be reviewed using the Regis Characteristics of High-Quality Online Courses within five working days. The completed Regis Characteristics of High-Quality Online Courses review form will be provided to you. If there are recommendations for changes in order to meet all of the characteristics, you will be able to make them (or work with ID&T to do so) and resubmit.

Awardees will be celebrated in the first Provost Digest of each month. In addition, a customized badge image will be sent to the course designers identified within the submission. This can be used in your signature, on LinkedIn and other professional spaces.

Stay tuned for part two of this project—acknowledging exemplary teaching in online courses.
