Introducing Virtual Coffee with Chuck, Regis’ Information Security Officer

Make plans to join Virtual Coffee with Chuck, a monthly meeting to discuss information security topics with Regis University. Hosted by Regis Information Security Officer Chuck Steigerwalt at 2 p.m. the first Monday of each month, the sessions intend to serve as an open forum for community members to speak with IT staff regarding information security issues. During these monthly sessions, topics may include topical and current security issues in the news, security projects at the University, Information Security policy changes the campus community needs to know about, best practices at the University, best practices to share with friends and family, or coming information security projects and changes.

The sessions will give community members the opportunity to ask questions, such as: “Why do I have to use Duo to log in if I have already used my password?” or “Why do I have to change my password?”

This meeting will be attended by IT staff, who will address questions and take feedback from the Regis community on issues related to information security.

Anyone with a regis.edu email account is welcome to participate.
