Ranked Faculty: Please update or complete your public faculty profile on regis.edu

Dear Regis Ranked Faculty Member,

As summer advances and we look forward to the start of the Fall 2022 semester, we offer this reminder to please complete and/or update your faculty profile information displayed to the public on the Regis University website at regis.edu/faculty. If your profile is incomplete, or if you have new accomplishments to add, a fresh headshot or a revised bio, please send them to the MarCom Web Team by submitting the Website Request form, found at one.regis.edu/marcom.

Please follow these guidelines for your profile materials:

  1. A brief biography, meeting the following criteria:
    • No more than 200 words in length
    • Written in the third person point of view (he, she, they)
    • Does not include any web links (such as a personal website or book sales)
  2. Your curriculum vitae (CV), meeting the following criteria:
    • PDF or Word format
    • Does not include any personal contact information (such as home phone number, home address or personal email address)
  3. Your professional headshot, meeting the following criteria:
    • Image file size is 200 kilobytes (KB) or larger
    • White or grey background
    • In color (not black and white)

Marketing and Communications (MarCom) is hosting another photoshoot for faculty headshots on August 12, from 9-11 a.m. If you need a headshot, please come to Main Hall 424 during this time. You will find us at the top of the stairs, or, if you are coming off the elevator, take a right and head straight through the Academic Records and Registration doors.

As a member of the ranked faculty at Regis University, representation of your professional and academic achievements on our website is essential for recruiting new students and for raising the profile of Regis as an institution. Thank you for helping us create your public faculty profile. If you have any questions or concerns about your faculty profile, please don’t hesitate to contact us at webedits@regis.edu.

Sincerely,
The Regis University Web Team
