Organized for Success Update for Aug. 9

The project is on track with assessments completed and submitted for the first set of focus areas, which include Student Affairs, Admissions and Enrollment, Marketing Communications, School for Professional Advancement and the Anderson College of Business and Computing. University leadership is reviewing options presented for each focus area. Once the options have been selected, The Mindstream team will launch design and mobilize activities for selected options, and begin assessments of the next set of focus areas: procurement, University Advancement, Regis College and the Rueckert- Hartman College for Health Professions. Mindstream will complete assessments and design and mobilize activities for all nine focus areas by Dec. 15, with activation currently focused on Student Affairs along with admissions and enrollment.

It is important to note that during the initial set of assessments, Mindstream identified an opportunity to dramatically improve institutional effectiveness by designing, developing, and helping the university deploy a “master database.” This database will pull information from key sources, such as University Academic Research, EAB, Financial data, Workday and Salesforce. This will  give the university a powerful analysis tool and “one source of truth."
