SimWerx Grant
We have signed a service agreement with SimWerx, a Denver startup, to research and develop an artificial intelligence agent to provide clinical decision support for field medics. Christy Pearson, Mike Busch, Doug Hart, and University of Washington research faculty member Dr. Austin Baird will develop this AI agent over the next ten months. The grant award exceeds $206,000. This research is funded through a Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) program with the Department of Defense. Congratulations and thank you to Christy, Mike, and Doug.
