Contract Review

The Contract Portal is once again up and running! If you have a contract, submissions are now limited to individuals selected by the Senior Leadership Team. If you would like to have a contract reviewed or signed, please (1) redline your contract to reflect all terms you and the vendor agree to, (2) connect with an individual under your VP’s leadership who is authorized to submit contracts, (3) make any corrections as directed by the authorized submitter, (4) have the authorized submitter submit the contract, (5) engage in the iterative process with legal and the vendor to ensure all parties agree to all terms. Please contact an approved submitter for additional training on this topic.

To expedite review, the following changes have been implemented:

  • Contracts that do not revise Regis-drafted Templates will be sent directly for signature.
  • The Contract Rider should be used for all contracts for services under $100,000.
  • The Order form with terms and conditions should be used for all goods over $5,000.
  • Non-Regis drafted contracts or Regis-drafted templates with edits may take up to two weeks for legal review. Please plan accordingly.
