Regis Village Rezoning Application Filed

The Office of the President is excited to announce the filing of the Regis Village rezoning application with the City of Denver. This is a significant milestone in the development of the land along Federal Boulevard between 50th Avenue (Regis Boulevard) and 53rd Avenue. The community's input and support have been instrumental in shaping our vision for this area, which will now serve Denver and Adams County with retail, mixed-income housing, beautiful outdoor gathering spaces, and other supporting uses.

Reflecting the character of the University throughout the development, we expect Regis Village to become a destination for our community—both residents and non-residents who are drawn to a location that benefits from adjacencies with the University, the Federal community corridor, and the surrounding neighborhoods. We anticipate the Denver City Council will review and approve our rezoning request in early 2025.
