Open Enrollment is here, giving you the opportunity to review and make changes to your benefits for the upcoming year. This is your chance to enroll in, change, or waive benefits such as medical, dental, vision and more.

- Effective for Plan Year: 5/1/25 – 4/30/26
Things You Need to Know:
As part of our ongoing effort to offer competitive and valuable benefits, we reviewed our medical plans in comparison to similar-sized colleges and universities. Our goal this year was to develop three distinct options to best meet the diverse needs of our employees.
We will now have the following medical plans:
- UHC Surest PPO (new)
- UHC Captivate HSA, and
- Kaiser Permanente HMO
- These plans provide a range of options to help you select the best fit for your health and financial needs.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) – REQUIRES ENROLLMENT
- These include:
- Healthcare Flexible Spending
- Healthcare Limited Purpose Flexible Spending
- Dependent Care Flexible Spending
- If you want to continue or start an FSA account for the new plan year or enroll for the first time, you must actively enroll during the open enrollment period.

- Attend an open enrollment session below.
- Submit any changes by logging into ruworks.regis.edu by 4/11/25. You will find an open enrollment task in your Workday queue starting 3/31/25.
