Introducing the Regis Colleagues Program (RCP)

The Office of Mission is excited to announce a new opportunity for faculty and staff to take a deeper dive into the Jesuit Catholic mission of Regis University. The Regis Colleagues Program (RCP) is modeled after the national Ignatian Colleagues Program of the AJCU, integrating a learning community model with retreat and immersion experiences over 12 months, culminating in a capstone project.

The program is designed for staff and faculty who have completed the Manresa Experience program, or who have greater familiarity with the Jesuit educational mission from work and personal experience.

What would joining the Regis Colleagues Program involve?

  • Jan.-Dec. 2026: Regular cohort meetings to discuss topics in Jesuit Mission
    • Background readings for cohort meetings
    • Building stronger relationships with colleagues in the cohort
  • May 19-21: Local immersion experience
  • July 21-24: An Ignatian retreat
    • A capstone project that integrates your learning with your work at Regis
