Flexible Vacation Policy Updates

Beginning Oct. 1, 2025, Regis will transition to the new Flexible Vacation Policy.  This update reflects our commitment to supporting a healthy rhythm of work and time away, while maintaining the familiar process for planning and approving vacation.

Here are some important key points:

  • Employees will no longer accrue or carry a vacation balance.
  • Vacation time continues to be requested, approved, and recorded through Workday.
  • Supervisors and employees will work together, as always, to ensure appropriate coverage and meet departmental needs.

You will be able to view the Flexible Vacation plan in Workday by Monday of next week.
