Native American and Indigenous Heritage Month, share your recipe!
Dear Regis Community, As part of our celebration of Native American and Indigenous Heritage Month, we are hoping to feature a collection of recipes from our community that highlight Native, and Indigenous from the Americas. Food is such a powerful way to honor culture, history and identity, and we’d love to include your contributions! We invite students, faculty and staff to share a recipe that is meaningful to you, your family, or your cultural heritage. It can be a traditional dish, a family favorite or a recipe that tells a story about where you come from. In particular, we hope to hear from community members and others who may want to share their Indigenous recipes as part of this celebration. If you’d like to contribute, please fill out this form by Friday, Sept. 26. These recipes will be compiled and shared as part of our Heritage Month programming, helping us learn from and celebrate one another’s cultures. Thank you in advance for helping us honor Native and Indigenous heritage through the joy of food and storytelling.
