Cleanup of ITS Service Request Tickets

Dear Regis Community,

Information Technology Services is conducting a cleanup of historical service request tickets to ensure our records are up-to-date and improve support moving forward. As we complete this cleanup, you may receive an email informing you that a previously resolved service ticket (created prior to 2025) has been closed. There is no action required; the email is a notice of its resolution.

  • If a ticket is closed and the matter is still outstanding, you may either:
    Submit a new ticket in ServiceNow, or
  • Contact the Service Desk at ext. 4050 to request that your ticket be reopened.
