Form 1095-C now available in Workday

Your 2025 Form 1095-C, which provides information about the health coverage offered to you, is now available in Workday.

A guide with step-by-step instructions to access and print your form is available here. Prior year Forms 1095-C can also be accessed in Workday.

While you may not need this form to file your federal tax return, HR recommends keeping it with your tax records.
