It's time to review your benefits and make any changes for the coming plan year. This email has everything you need. Please read through carefully. You will find a task in your Workday queue on 3/30/26.
YOUR OPTIONS AT A GLANCE
Happy with your current benefits? No Action Needed
- Your current elections will automatically continue into the new plan year starting May 1, 2026.
Action Required: Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
- Quick heads up! FSAs do NOT roll over.
If you want an FSA next year, whether you had one this year or not, you’ll need to re-enroll during Open Enrollment. Below are the types of FSAs available. Each hyperlink connects you to a short video.
- Healthcare FSA: For most eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses. (Can’t elect if you are enrolled in the Captivate HSA plan.)
- Limited Purpose Healthcare FSA: For those enrolled in the UHC Captivate HSA plan.
- Dependent Care FSA: For childcare or elder care costs. NEW THIS YEAR! The contribution limit increases to $7,500 per year for single filers, heads of household, and married couples filing jointly. For married individuals filing separately, the limit is $3,750.
Pre-Tax Parking
If you currently participate in the Pre-Tax Parking Deduction Plan and want to opt out, this is your annual window to do so. Review the parking election instructions for full details.
