FINAL REMINDER: Conflict of Interest (COI) Forms Due Today

This is your final reminder that our updated Conflict of Interest (COI) forms are due by End of Business (EOB) today, Tuesday, June 30. This email will come directly from Qualtrics, link to the Regis website, remind you of the Regist announcements and have Janelle Ramsel's signature on it. This form is sent to everyone who worked equal to or over 20 hours/week between May 1, 2025 and April 30, 2026. Even if you have no conflicts, if you fit the previous description, you are required to respond.

Completing both forms accurately is mandatory for all requested employees. If you have not done so already, please visit our compliance website at Conflict of Interest Disclosure | Regis University to access the forms and helpful resource guides.

As a reminder:

Completion is required: Skipping the forms or submitting dishonest information can result in employment actions up to and including termination.

Faculty Handbook Compliance: 

Regis College faculty are required to report external employment on these annual forms under handbook guidelines.
