Join a Band at Regis!

Are you a musician? Consider joining one of the Regis University Bands!

Regis University Bands are open to all Regis University faculty, staff and community members. There are two bands to choose from. Community members of all abilities are encouraged to join either or both bands offered by the Music Program. Current community member ages vary from 15 to 85.

The Regis University Concert Jazz Ensemble looks for saxophone, trumpet, trombone, piano, guitar, bass and drum set players. No audition is required, but enrollment is limited. This band rehearses from 4:45 until 7:15 p.m. on Wednesdays in Claver Hall, Room 317.

The Regis University Concert Band is open to musicians of all abilities who play flute, oboe, bassoon, clarinet, bass clarinet, alto sax, tenor sax, baritone sax, trumpet, French horn, trombone, baritone horn, euphonium, tuba, percussion and string bass. Enrollment is not limited. Our Concert Band requires no audition. The 4:45-7:15 p.m. rehearsals take place on Thursdays on the Claver Recital Hall stage.

The fee to participate is $100 per semester. All community band members must make at least 75 percent of all rehearsals to be eligible to participate. Each ensemble presents a concert at the end of each semester.
