RU First is a four-year leadership and support program within the First Gen Success Center that empowers first‑generation students to navigate college, build community, and grow as leaders. This year, RU First is helping 56 students achieve academic and career success with over $50,000 in scholarships.

AMIGA - Ann Manganaro Initiative for Guatemalan Accompaniment
Regis University’s partnership with Ciudad de la Esperanza in Cobán, Guatemala has helped transform access to healthcare for a marginalized Maya community. Student fundraising now sustains a year‑round physician and supports clinical training for local health students. To secure long‑term medical staffing, Regis is establishing the AMIGA Endowment—the Ann Manganaro Initiative for Guatemalan Accompaniment.

Through hands-on activities in Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy and Health & Exercise Science, Counseling and Family and Play Therapy, students gain real-world skills and exposure to diverse health fields. Just Rehab: RegisCARES Physical Therapy and Tepeyac Community Access & Equity Initiative
