RU First is a four-year leadership and support program within the First Gen Success Center that empowers first‑generation students to navigate college, build community, and grow as leaders. Through six seminars, mentoring, and dedicated resources, students learn to access support, understand higher education, and strengthen their first‑gen identity. This year, RU First is helping 56 students achieve academic and career success with over $50,000 in scholarships.

AMIGA - Ann Manganaro Initiative for Guatemalan Accompaniment

Regis University’s partnership with Ciudad de la Esperanza in Cobán, Guatemala has helped transform access to healthcare for a marginalized Maya community. Student fundraising now sustains a year‑round physician and supports clinical training for local health students. To secure long‑term medical staffing, Regis is establishing the AMIGA Endowment—the Ann Manganaro Initiative for Guatemalan Accompaniment.

Formation of a Hope-Filled Future: UMin Leadership and Spiritual Development

Health Professions Summer Experience

The Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions will host the Health Professions Summer Experience, an immersive weeklong camp for rising high school and college students exploring high-demand health careers. Through hands-on activities in Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy and Health & Exercise Science, Counseling and Family and Play Therapy, students gain real-world skills and exposure to diverse health fields. Funds raised will support programming and scholarships, ensuring access for all students and helping address the nation’s growing health care workforce shortage.

Just Rehab: RegisCARES Physical Therapy and Tepeyac Community Access & Equity Initiative

In Denver’s underserved communities, lack of access to physical therapy can turn preventable injuries into lifelong pain. Just Rehab closes that gap by placing RegisCARES physical therapists and Regis University DPT students inside Tepeyac Community Health Center to deliver bilingual, culturally responsive care.
