Parking and Transportation
Students who reside on campus and have vehicles must obtain a parking permit from the Office of Parking and Transportation Services. Commuter students can either buy an annual permit or pay hourly or daily rates.
All faculty & staff employees must purchase a parking permit obtained through the Parking Office for the North West Denver Campus. Full and part-time faculty or staff may purchase a permit using payroll deduction pricing. Contact the Office of Parking and Transportation Services for the most current payroll deduction pricing.
Affiliate faculty may purchase a permit through the parking portal. Payroll deduction is not available for affiliate faculty. New employees can receive a parking voucher valid for 4 days of employment. At the end of the 4th day, the employee must purchase a parking permit.

Student permits are sold on a first-come, first serve basis for lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. Permits do not guarantee specific spots or lots will be available and do not entitle students to a convenient parking spot.
