The Student Journey Team Charge

As part of a continuous improvement process, we established a committee of Senior Leaders to focus on the student journey. The student journey begins when a prospective student first reaches out to the institution and continues until they are welcomed into the alumni network. We are intentionally moving from the more traditional approach of handing off a student from one unit to the next and instead creating a seamless transition for the student.

The Senior Leaders will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate how the students and the institution engage. The Senior Leaders will continually seek to improve the student experience.
