Information Technology Services (ITS) serves the technology needs of the entire Regis community, including students, faculty, staff and alumni.
Technology Requirements
If you are bringing your computer to campus, Regis' Information Technology Department (ITS) recommends that it meet these specifications. The computer should have a minimum configuration of:
- Processor: A current-generation processor
- Memory/RAM: A minimum of 4GB but ITS recommends you purchase 8 GB for performance
- Hard Drive: A minimum of a 250 GB hard drive
- Operating System: Apple OSX, Microsoft Windows 10 or 11
You will want to ensure your computer has a wireless adaptor & Ethernet card. Most computers have these built-in. A portable or laptop computer works best. Chrome Books and/or tablets may not work with University software, Desk Top units may be too cumbersome if a computer is required in class.
If you are buying a new computer, Regis University has purchasing agreements that supply discounts with:

Printing On Campus
Printing to Multi-function Printers across campus will be conducted through a standardized printer user interface and self-service printer credentials management site at http://printing.regis.edu. Instructions for using Multi-function printers on campus are provided in the attachment. Printing using a USB memory stick will no longer be supported effective 01.04.20.
Users of Regis Apple computers connected to the Regis network will need to submit a Help Center ticket to request installation of an Apple specific print driver to their computer.
Personal Computers/Devices not connected to the Regis secure network cannot print to Regis printers at this time
