Enhance Campus Safety

You may remember this announcement that was posted on Aug. 19, 2024.

We have now completed the upgrade to Claver Hall with an automatic lockdown process during an active emergency for lockdown. This means our Campus Safety department can lock down the facility with a push of a button. Once emergency response is completed, the system can be reset. Please be aware that if you need to egress from the building during this emergency process, you can.

Any doors blocked or propped open will go into audible alarm until unblocked. Please do not prop doors open in Claver or any other buildings on campus.

Keep in mind that Claver Hall’s designated entrances are at the Mountain View, Pharmacy and Southwest entrance.
