New Regis Events Calendar

On March 13, 2025, Strategic Marketing and Communications, in partnership with Auxiliary Services, launched a new Regis University Events Calendar that combines the public-facing calendar at regis.edu/events and the internal-facing OneRegis Calendar to create a centralized resource for everything happening at Regis!

What does this mean for me?

EVENT PLANNERS: Instead of filling out a form and waiting for the Web Team to post your event on regis.edu, all you need to do is ensure that your event is created in 25Live with the POST TO PUBLIC EVENTS CALENDAR field toggled to Yes. Then, when the Event Services team marks your event Confirmed and assigns it a location, it will automatically be posted on the Regis University Events Calendar on regis.edu within 24-48 hours! If your event details change, make your updates in 25Live and the public events calendar will reflect those changes within 24-48 hours.

In 25Live, the Event Name will be the name displayed on the calendar. The Event Description will be displayed on the main calendar page and that content is cut off after 250 characters. Please be sure to select the appropriate Event Categories to ensure your event shows up on the correct filtered calendar view, such as Religious/Spiritual, Student Events, etc.

EVERYONE ELSE: You now have a one-stop shop for all public events at Regis University! If you encounter someone on campus who needs help finding an event, the information they need will likely be here.

FAQs

Create your event in 25Live. On your event in 25Live, when you see the custom attribute labeled POST TO PUBLIC EVENTS CALENDAR, switch the toggle to Yes.

Only events marked Confirmed and assigned a location by Event Services staff will display on the new calendar.

When you create your event in 25Live, select No for the custom attribute POST TO PUBLIC EVENTS CALENDAR and it will not appear on the calendar.

If your event details need to change, the person who created the event in 25Live should work with Event Services staff to get those updates made and confirmed in 25Live. The public events calendar will reflect those changes within 24-48 hours. 

Every Regis University employee can access 25Live. Just log in using your RegisNet single sign-on credentials at: https://25live.collegenet.com/regis/#home_my25live/. If you are unable to log in, please contact events@regis.edu for assistance.

The Web Team has audited the old calendars and, where possible, manually re-created all existing events in 25Live. If your event is not present on the new calendar, please contact webmarketing@regis.edu.
