Please provide your proof of COVID-19 vaccination

To protect the health of its students and employees and to ensure a full return to in-person teaching and learning this fall, Regis University now requires all on-campus students, faculty and staff to be fully vaccinated against the coronavirus by Aug. 1 to accommodate the start of the traditional fall semester (new students arrive Aug. 19 and classes begin Aug. 23).

For information on how to provide verification, click here.

As with other immunizations, the University will accommodate exemptions based on medical and religious reasons.

Students, faculty and staff who are fully remote, and not required to be on campus, are exempt from the requirement but strongly encouraged to get vaccinated to help protect themselves and others in society, notably people who have compromised immune systems and other vulnerabilities.

The science surrounding the vaccines that prevent COVID-19 is clear: They are incredibly effective – between 70 to 95 percent at preventing disease – and safe. Because the virus that causes COVID-19 is easily transmissible, a vaccinated community will be imperative for a healthy return to campus in the fall.

Nearly 35 million Americans have been infected with COVID-19 and more than 622,525 have died to date. More than 334 million vaccine doses have been distributed and 158 million Americans, or 48 percent, are now fully vaccinated.

Thank you to all faculty and staff who have received their vaccinations and have completed the online verification form. HR will reach out to those who have not submitted a form.
