The Human Resources office at Regis University provides payroll and compensation, employee benefits, student employment and hiring services. We encourage the development of the skills and leadership abilities necessary for distinguished professional work and contributions to the improvement and transformation of society.
Core Services:
Talent Strategy – Includes recruitment, orientation, onboarding, learning and development, mentoring, career advancement and performance management
Total Rewards – Includes compensation, benefits, work-life effectiveness (workplace flexibility, paid leave, employee wellness) and recognition
Payroll Administration and HRIS – Includes administration of the Workday Human Management System
Risk Management – Oversees safety programs and workers’ compensation
Equal Opportunity and Title IX – Continued work with the Bias Incident Response Team (BIRT), student requests and issues and training on new orders
